JACK A5E-B Lockstitch

A single-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions, bottom feed, and an energy-saving motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive). Like previous A5 versions, the machine features an elongated body – the distance from the needle to the body is 30.5cm.

Semi-Dry System: A small, sealed oil tank replaces the traditional oil pan, preventing dust and oil stains.
  • Performance: Speeds up to 5000 stitches/min, with a maximum stitch length of 5mm.
  • Automatic Functions: Includes electronic thread tension control, auto thread trimmer, automatic back tacking, and automatic presser foot lifter.
  • User Interface: Features a simple, digital voice-assisted control panel and a USB port for charging devices.
  • Design: Features a shorter remaining thread length ,preventing bird's nests, and a direct-drive motor for energy efficiency.

The updated Jack A5E / A5E-B (or "AMH") series offers an expanded, longer arm space (30.5 cm), higher torque for thick materials, an AI chip for material detection, and more intuitive operation buttons.
The Jack A5 is ideal for tailoring, alterations, and garment production where clean, high-quality, efficient stitching is required.
